Payment and Service agreement requirements

Once we have accepted your camp registration we will need to issue you a service agreement.
This will need to be signed and returned to us.
We also need to receive confirmation that funds in your child's NDIS plan will be held and reserved for payment of your camp invoice within 14 days following camp.
If you use a plan manager we will ask them to quarantine your funding for the purpose of paying for your camp.

In accordance with NDIS guidelines, we cannot charge for food and accommodation, and any costs for your family to attend alongside your Autistic young person, which the non-NDIS payment represents.

Our camp requires a non-NDIS claimable payment per person in order to attend.

I understand that Spectrum Adventures are experiences that seek to support autistic children to form social connection, and strengthen family connections, delivering education and help to build the community to support autistic people. Parents are expected to care for and support their your people whilst on experience/ camp, and join them on the activities during camp. *
