2025 Central Coast Pathfinders Club Parent/Carer/Qualified Instructor Profile Form
Welcome! This form is the first step in creating your Parent/Carer/Qualified Instructor Profile in Operoo, which is required for all parents, carers, and helpers attending Central Coast Pathfinders events.
Please note that completing this introductory form ONLY creates your profile in Operoo. It does not complete the full parent/carer registration process. Once your profile is uploaded into the system, a full Parent/Carer/Qualified Instructor Registration Form and Medical Form will be sent to your nominated primary email address. These forms are necessary for you to be fully registered for events.
Important Information:
- All attendees aged 18 and over at any Club event must complete a profile and full registration form.
- You must hold a current Working with Children Check and be compliant with the Seventh Day Adventist Adsafe training, both of which are essential to ensure we provide a safe, supportive environment for our Pathfinders.
Instructions on how to obtain these checks and training will be sent to you along with the registration form.

Do you hold any qualifications that you are willing to use to assist the Central Coast Pathfinders Club in running activities and camps?
- These may include, but are not limited to, a current first aid certificate, current CPR certificate, bronze medallion, abseiling, kayaking, scuba instructor, or other relevant qualifications.
- Do you possess any skill sets or significant experience that could be beneficial to the club, even if you do not hold a formal qualification?
We encourage all volunteers to share their knowledge and expertise to help enrich the experiences of our members. Further details of your qualifications and skills will be recorded on the Parent/Carer/Qualified Instructor REGISTRATION form. Our club relies heavily on the generosity of volunteers to make our activities as engaging, exciting, and affordable as possible for all members.
