This form will also let us know if there are any parents/guardians who are going to attend camps or be a helper during Pathfinder meetings or events. (If you were registered in 2025, you will receive a separate email for registration)

Once you register your child and indicate your involvement, you will receive follow-up emails from Operoo, our management system, to complete the enrolment. The follow-up emails will require additional information, including a medical profile, payment via credit card and if you are going to assist or attend camps, we will need your Working With Children Check details and ADSAFE details. Please note that there will be a delay while the registrations are viewed and processed.

Please fill out a separate form for each new Pathfinder attending.

Fees:

• Cost -  $80 Pathfinder Registration

All additional activities, such as Swimming and the four camps, will have additional fees and will be billed during the year based on participation. There may also be some other small additional costs during the year for special events that we will email out and notify you about.

Examples:

• Swimming -  $5 Morisset Pool
• Camps - normally in the range of $30 - $40 per child
• Additional contribution for special events. eg Bouldering and pizza - $15

Uniforms:

The club is currently wearing the Pathfinder uniform for official events and the club field uniform for all other occasions.

The field uniform shirts can be purchased for $35 during the registration process. Uniforms will be ordered two weeks before our first meeting. 

The Official Pathfinder Uniform can be purchased from Better Books and Food. Avondale Pathfinders is supporting the New Pathfinder Polo Shirt Uniform and the traditional uniform. 

First Meeting: 

Saturday February 7 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm

Swimming Honour and Clean Up Australia Day

Sunday February 8 from 8:30am to 10:30am 

Parents of Friends and new members

We will have an overview of Friends and the requirements for you on February 7 in the Church Fellowship Hall from 6:00pm. We will also cover what camping equipment is required.
