Terms and Conditions

Please note that we hire out the entire site at one time as a single booking.
The site is not available to hire for parties, private hires or casual camping for individuals.
External Hirers are required to complete and sign the Scouts Queensland Property Hire Agreement and supply a copy of their Certificate of Currency for their Public Liability Insurance prior to the booking being confirmed, along with 1 day hire as a deposit.
All rubbish is to be removed from the site and the site left clean after use.
The hiring fee is to be paid in full 7 days prior to the date of the site booking.
